- 2 bars of Lindt Bittersweet Dark Chocolate, chopped
- 3 1/2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup of sugar
- ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon of salt
- 2/3 cup of flour
- 2/3 cup of walnuts, chopped
- Preheat oven to 350◦F.
- Grease a 8x8 inch square naking pan and line with parchment paper.
- Melted the chopped chocolate and butter in a sauce pan or double boiler over low heat. Stir constantly.
- Remove from the heat and let cool slightly.
- Beat together the eggs, sugar, vanilla and salt until well combined.
- Add the melted chocolate, and beat gently by hand or on a low setting on a mixer until evenly incorporated.
- Add the flour and walnuts and mix until just combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pand and bake approximately 20 minutes.
