What You’ll Need:
  • 3 Lindt Excellence A Touch of Vanilla White Chocolate Bars (or Lindt Excellence White Coconut Bars)
  • 1 Pint Heavy Cream
  • 4 Eggs

Prep & Serving:
  • Have your host follow the recipe on p. 82 of your Lindt Chocolate Passions recipe book the night before the party (must be refrigerated at least six hours ahead)
  • After the Five Senses of Chocolate Tasting, serve this exquisite, chilled concoction in an elegant glass (inspired idea: a brandy snifter!)

The epitome of elegance, serving chilled white chocolate mousse will wow your guests.

Alternative Idea: Serve with chilled berries for a summer treat!

Enjoy a Summer Treat...Lindt Chocolate Sundaes!

What You’ll Need:
  • Small Bowls & Spoons
  • 1 Gallon Premium Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1 Jar Lindt Chocolate Fudge Sauce
  • 1 Lindt Excellence Bar (any flavor)
Prep & Serving:
  • Top 1 scoop of ice cream with a gently-warmed dollop of Lindt Chocolate Fudge Sauce
  • Top with a single square from any Lindt Excellence Bar
Alternative Idea: Instead of using a single Lindt Excellence Square to top, roughly grate several different types of bars into pretty bowls and let guests top their own sundaes.
